200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Our collective intention in offering this program, is to be of service in expanding deeper levels of awareness, education, and spirituality, as they connect with the practice of yoga, within our communities and beyond. Our purpose is to ensure our students receive a well-rounded, organized, and enlightened experience. We aim to facilitate a heart-centered teacher training program with an atmosphere of growth, expansion, and inclusion, which holds space for each individual’s experience while cultivating unity and the spirit of service.

As a participant in the Seaside Kelowna Collective 200-Hour Teacher Training, you will graduate with the confidence and ability to instruct Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga classes. You will have the tools to launch your new yoga business model and the confidence to engage in your community as an industry leader.

Our Mission Statement

Students of the Seaside Kelowna Collective 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program will receive a well-rounded knowledge of basic yogic traditions, practices, philosophies, and techniques and deepen their self awareness and understanding of yoga through first hand experience, leaving the program empowered to teach a variety of basic modalities safely, effectively, and confidently.
