Daily Schedule

The schedule will vary slightly as we move through the curriculum with the goal being to keep our days to about 8 training hours. Below is the structure of a typical day:

7:00-7:30am: Meditation & Pranayama: Principles & Practice

7:30-8:45am: Guided Yoga Practice

8:45-9:00am: Break

9:00-11:00am: Asana Workshop

11:00am-12:00pm: Lunch / Study Break

12:30-2:00pm: Methodology: Structuring a Yoga Class

2:00-3:00pm: Anatomy: Basic Planes & Body Parts

3:00-4:00pm: Teaching Practicum
